gayme plan

Terms & conditions

Version 1.1 — last updated 30 September 2026. These terms form the agreement between you and Chris Millard Fitness Ltd when you buy GAYME PLAN Coaching.

1. Who you are contracting with

GAYME PLAN Coaching is provided by Chris Millard Fitness Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: chrismillardfitness@gmail.com. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Chris Millard Fitness Ltd, and "you" means the person buying the coaching.

2. What you get

GAYME PLAN Coaching is an online coaching programme. The length of your programme — referred to in these terms as the Term — is the coaching period you have purchased, as set out in your order confirmation. Over the Term we provide:

Coaching is delivered online. It does not include in-person training, gym membership, supplements, food, or medical or clinical treatment of any kind.

What we ask of you

Coaching only works if you take part. You agree to give honest information about your health and circumstances, to submit your weekly check-in, and to tell us promptly if anything changes that affects your training or health. We cannot coach you well on information you have not given us.

3. Payment

The programme fee is agreed with you before you start and confirmed in writing. You may pay in full, or in instalments through Klarna where offered.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Your 14-day right to cancel

Because you are buying online as a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 14 days run from the day you are onboarded.

Cancel within 14 days and you get all your money back. In full, with no deduction, whatever coaching has already happened. You do not have to give a reason and we will not ask you to justify it.

To cancel, email chrismillardfitness@gmail.com and say you want to cancel. You do not need to use any particular form of words. We will confirm we have received it and refund you within 14 days.

After the 14 days

After the cancellation period ends, the Term is a committed booking. We reserve your coaching capacity for that period and build your programme around it, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind, loss of motivation, or not using the service, and the balance of the Term remains payable.

None of this affects your legal rights if the coaching is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or is not provided at all. Those rights cannot be signed away, and if something has genuinely gone wrong on our side we will put it right.

Where we will be flexible

We are not in the business of holding people to something that has become impossible. On request we will consider:

None of this affects your legal rights if the service we provide is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

If we cancel

We may end the agreement if you behave abusively toward a coach or another client, if you repeatedly fail to pay, or if continuing would be unsafe for you. If we end it for any reason other than your conduct, we will refund the unused portion of your fee.

5. Health and safety — please read this properly

We are coaches, not doctors. Nothing provided through GAYME PLAN is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

You confirm that:

You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and using correct technique. We are not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from exercise you choose to perform, from you withholding or misstating health information, or from you not following the guidance given.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Results

We do not and cannot guarantee specific results. Any projections, target dates or weights shown in the hub are estimates based on the information you provide, not promises. What you achieve depends mostly on what you do — your consistency, your sleep, your stress, your circumstances and your genetics all play a part.

Before-and-after photos and testimonials shown in our marketing are real clients' actual results. They are examples, not a typical or guaranteed outcome.

7. Your data and your photos

How we handle your personal data is set out in full in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Progress photos. Photos are optional. You choose whether to take them, and you can skip them or delete them at any time. They are visible only to you and the GAYME PLAN coaching team, and are never used in marketing, social media or anywhere public without your separate written permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything in it, at any time, by emailing us or using the delete option in the app.

8. The community

The client community is part of what you are paying for, and we keep it a decent place to be. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, unsolicited selling, and sharing other members' personal information or photos outside the group are all grounds for removal without refund.

9. Our materials

Your programme, the guides, the videos we produce and the content of the hub remain our intellectual property. They are licensed to you for your own personal use during your programme. Please do not copy, resell or share them, or use them to coach other people.

Some exercise demonstration videos in the hub are hosted on YouTube by third parties and remain the property of their creators.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email and the version you agreed to when you signed up will continue to apply to your current term.

11. Complaints and governing law

If something has gone wrong, tell us first — email chrismillardfitness@gmail.com and we will respond within five working days. We would always rather put something right than argue about it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
