Who we are

GAYME PLAN is an online fitness coaching service run by Chris Millard. If you have any question about your data, email chrismillardfitness@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your account: your name and email address.
• Your onboarding answers: your goals, training history, food habits, lifestyle, injuries and key dates you share with your coach.
• Your logs: weight, sleep, steps, energy, food diary, workouts, check-ins and measurements you enter.
• Progress photos: the front, side and back photos you take at onboarding and at check-ins.
• Health data, only if you turn it on: steps, sleep, weight and resting heart rate read from Apple Health or Health Connect. We only read these. We never write to Apple Health or Health Connect without asking.
• A notification token for your phone, if you turn reminders on.
• A record of what you agreed to when you signed up: which version of these terms, the date and time, and whether you opted in to progress photos.

Your progress photos

Photos are optional. You choose at sign-up whether to use them, you can skip any week, and you can delete them at any time. They are visible only to you and the GAYME PLAN coaching team — never to other clients. We will never use them in marketing, on social media or anywhere public without asking you separately in writing, and you can withdraw that permission whenever you like.

How we use it

Only to coach you: to build and adjust your plan, track your progress, review your check-ins and send the reminders you choose. Your coach and the GAYME PLAN coaching team can see your data. Nobody else can.

We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use health data for anything other than your coaching. We do not use tracking or advertising tools in the app.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify hosts the hub and stores your data and photos.
• Google Firebase delivers phone notifications (it receives only the notification text and your phone's token).
• Food databases (Open Food Facts, and FatSecret if enabled) receive only the words you search for or a barcode, never who you are.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while you are a client so your coach can see your history. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time in the app: open your profile (the person icon) and tap Delete my account. This permanently removes your logs, check-ins, photos, plan and login. You can also email us to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

GAYME PLAN is for adults only (18+).

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above and let you know in the app.
